Tracye Hamler, a retired Army National Guard member with 17 years in Supply Chain Management and an AS Degree in Healthcare Administration, found her passion in entrepreneurship and female empowerment. As a top leader in direct sales for Bedroom Kandi, she organized events fostering lifelong sisterhood bonds. Inspired to elevate her event planning, Tracye launched Annual Women’s Retreats to inspire women to live fearlessly with passion and purpose.

Tracye's advocacy for women with bleeding disorders is deeply personal. In 2005, she discovered her father had Hemophilia, leading to her son's diagnosis shortly after birth. Initially misdiagnosed as merely a carrier, Tracye faced traumatic childbirth experiences due to excessive bleeding. Her journey to understanding her own condition highlighted the critical need for accurate diagnosis and comprehensive care for women.
